One of the officers quickly pulled off Mayor Carney’s cuffs with deadly haste.

Mayor Carney’s hands were free in a moment and it seemed like all hell had broken loose against Alan.

The speed with which the operation was carried out was more than enough to strike fear into the toughest person.
