“It’s the young man I told you about a couple of minutes ago,” Gift said and Alexander went to the doorway, showing himself to the principal.

“Good day, Sir” Alexander greeted.

“Good day to you too. Don’t just stand there, come on in” the principal gestured and Gift gave way for Alexander to pass.

He went through the door and looked at Gift who wished him good luck and closed the door.

“Please, take a seat” the principal gestured at the chair opposite him at the other side of his office desk.

“Thank you” Alexander replied then went to sit down.

The principal looked at Alexander for a few seconds then he took a deep breath and sighed.

Although Alexander was multiple years younger than him, the fact that their economic status was monumentally different, with Alexander being on top, made the power dynamic between them a bit nerve-racking.
