“Alexander, congratulations on your enrollment,” The principal said the first thing he got to Gift’s desk.

“Thank you Mr— I mean, Sir” Alexander replied and both men laughed.

“Now that I’m a student here, it is understandable that our interaction will have to go through a change. You can’t be as friendly or as cordial as you’ve been to me” Alexander said.

The principal placed his hand on the young multimillionaire’s shoulder and said “Says who?”

Alexander furrowed his eyebrows.

“I’m a grown man and the principal for that matter so I can do whatever I want and that includes being friendly to whoever I decide I want to be friendly with,” the principal said.

Everyone understood just how important and influential Alexander was, so there was no way the principal was going to allow school etiquette and formality to affect the very beneficial relationship they had formed.
