Troy wondered what to do about the situation he was in.He decided to try the opposite of what he was doing. Instead of trying to pull his hands free, he was going to push Alexander instead.Maybe that would catch Alexander off guard and he would be able to take advantage of that to get free. Also, because Alexander was pulling, suddenly changing from pulling himself to pushing would take advantage of the force Alexander was using and as a result make his push more effective.With that in mind, Troy quickly switched from pulling to pushing, but what happened next shocked him.Unlike what he anticipated, Alexander didn’t budge. To Alexander, he had nothing to do that afternoon. He was just waiting for the moment the system would inform him that the blackmailer had withdrawn cash from his money.Until that happened, Alexander had no problem being arrested. Immediately, the college students widened their eyes. Officer Garrick turned to them and they became nervous. “You can’t listen to that asshole! He’s lying to get back at us for telling you the truth. I didn’t harass anybody. It’s all lies!” Troy said hurriedly as he saw Officer Garrick reach for his handcuffs. “I’m not taking his word for it but the word of the many people inside the restaurant that corroborate the staff’s claim of harassment,” Officer Garrick said then took out his handcuff. He pointed at his left chest pocket and said “I’ve already captured your faces with my body cam so don’t even think about running.” All the college students who had thought about running away immediately became weak and gave up the idea. “Just calmly surrender and we’ll go to the station where we can have a test to see if you’re telling the truth or not,” Officer Garrick said as he turned Troy around and cuffed him.
