CAFETERIA

Blessing was about to walk into the cafeteria when from the distance she heard her name being called.

She recognized the voice immediately and because of that, she stopped by the door and huffed.

On her face was a slight frown.

Alexander came closer and when he got to where she was, he asked “I thought we were supposed to come to the cafeteria together but how come you left me behind and without even saying anything?”

Blessing looked at him through the corner of her eyes, shrugged, and then turned to face him.

“You seemed busy with your new friend so I didn’t want to disturb you. I mean, how could I possibly think of coming between the both of you when it looked like you were having an important and intimate conversation?” she replied and Alexander grimaced in confusion.

“My new friend? Intimate conversation? What the hell are you talking about—?“ he said but Blessing interrupted.

“So you even knew the way to the cafeteria and here I was thinking that you didn’t”

Alexander frowned.
