By the principal’s voice, Alexander could tell that the man was excited to see him.

Following instructions, Alexander opened the door and went inside.

He hadn’t even closed the door when he heard the principal telling him to have a seat.

Alexander closed the door and then said “Don’t mind if I do” as he walked up to the desk.

He sat down.

“I’m guessing you’ve finished your exam, seeing how you’re here in my office. Well, I’d like to say I’m surprised but I’ve learned to accept the unconventional from you. And here I was thinking that you’ll barely be able to finish with the others but you did the opposite and finished before they did” the principal said with a proud smile on his face.

“I would have taken it slowly but a certain principal threatened to take my name off the list of college entrance exam applicants if I didn’t do the needful,” Alexander said and the principal laughed.
