It turned out to be a long wait that lasted forty-five minutes.

To kill the time, Alexa played games on her phone whereas Alexander closed his eyes and meditated. He also conversed with the system as the more he used it, the faster it evolved.

Twenty minutes into the wait, both of them took a break from what they were doing because the secretary from Coker Wake High School called to inform Alexa that she had gotten all of Alexander’s records and was waiting for the principal’s arrival and approval of the transfer.

During the call, she also commented on how outstanding Alexander’s grades were, making Alexa more impressed by the young multimillionaire.

The last thing the secretary did before ending the call was say how unfortunate it was that she didn’t know about such a brilliant student until that moment.

She talked about how great it would have been to have had Alexander represent the school in academic competitions, but for whatever reason, his name was never mentioned as a potentia
