Immediately after he finished reading the message from the system, Alexander furrowed his eyebrows

There was something slightly odd about it.

‘I didn’t ask the system to activate the Skill Copy Feature, but here I am receiving a message that it did, which must mean that it predicted what I wanted and did it for me. The robotic-seeming system I had yesterday wouldn’t have done this and that only means that I was right, the system is growing and becoming more aware’ Alexander thought and then smirked.

With the rate at which the system was growing, it was only a matter of days before it developed self-awareness and Alexander couldn’t wait to see what that would be like.

Alexander cleared his throat, letting go of any further thoughts about the system, and then focused on Laura.

“Are you ready?” He asked.

“As ready as I’ll ever be. Hit me” she said, anticipating what the riddle he was about to ask was going to be like.

“What is there one of in every corner and two of in every room?”
