It’s midnight, I can’t sleep and my energy keeps flowing in my body. It’s me, Mayu again here. I’m living for quite some time in this fort now. Because of all of those warm and playful days. I forget that I have a goal. My goal in knowing why I’m in this world and find my comrade in Crystal's dungeon. I’m being lazing these past few days. All I did is play with kids and do some easy adventure quest to support myself in living. I look up at the ceiling and have a deep thought. “After this week-long Festival. I will travel and find my way to my goal.” I said and close my eyes. The moment I closed my eyes. I heard exploding sound not so far from my house. “What is happening? Everyone should be on their bed and resting. There’s still a festival tomorrow.” I stood up and open the window. Upon opening, I saw the big fire in the fort and adventurers fighting the monsters. Seeing Eriko with her scythe is like seeing death coming to get me. My face is a grim expression and my body won’t move because of the pain I felt. Waking up in the morning. I immediately fix the bed and wash my face. I then go to the kitchen to prepare my breakfast. I fry eggs and use the leftover rice yesterday and make a bowl of fried rice. I also cook some sausage and lastly one glass of milk. That’s usually my breakfast every morning. I’m living for more than a month now in this city called Elesis fort. Even though many things happened and the city is destroyed because of the demon commander’s unexpected attack. The city stands tall and rises. The people are starting to accept the tragedy that happened that night. Time for quest hunting again. I wonder what kind of quest is available in the guild right now? I want to clear a grade B quest this time. Because of the beast's manipulation ability, Eriko uses it in the forest. Most of the monsters in the forest died and only little monsters and slime’s left.
