A week after the Lantern festival. All the council’s military troops lined up at the border of the eastern empire. Across the mountain-like walls were soldiers from the Eastern Empire. No one was making the first move yet.

Both Western territory and Eastern empire were aware, without even making a declaration to one another, that war was on its way.
