{ LIGHT VERSUS DARKNESS}

The door squeaked open, and Daina was surprised that Zack could convince Alex and the rest of his friends to come with them. She looked at Judith and smiled. "How did you manage?" she said into her ears as the atmosphere was tense. "We didn't have to; the ninjas did."

Alex looked around, and he saw Jonas. "Mr. Dickson's son?" he asked, looking at Jonas.

"You know my father?" Jonas looked at him.

"Yeah, your father made me into what I am today. I owe him a lot. We might have a lot of catching up to do after all this is settled." Alex said, looking at everyone in the room.

"Is this everybody?" He asked, looking back at Zack.

"Where are you expecting more?" Zack replied, grabbing a drink from the fridge.

Everyone looked at each other, and the vibes and anger they felt were visibly seen on their faces. "You still haven't told me where Fred is?" Alex looked at everyone's faces as if they were hiding me.
