{ AN HUNGER TO PROVE MYSELF}

As the realization sank in that the tournament date had been set, a surge of adrenaline coursed through me. This was it—the final showdown, the ultimate test of strength and skill. But more than that, it was a chance to prove to myself and everyone else that I was capable and that I could overcome any obstacle in my path. Also, it was time to prove it to Mr. Dickson.
