Chapter 89

Everyone was surprised by what ma'am Miguel said. They remembered her telling them on fateful day that Feran was only still standing high and making way because his grandfather had his back. She had told them that he was a nobody and he would let them be if he loses his grandfather who was his mentor and biggest support someday and they all believed her. But now they regret it.

Laura was the most shocked person in the family. She believed she had underestimated Feran too and for the third time. She felt like a big fool because she ought to have known best.
