“Why do you keep referring to the house as she? It’s an object, Carl. Not alive,” I told him. Because the all thing was disturbing.

But he was smiling at me, “because she is alive. I told you even in foe that she was upset with you. I thought you got the hint,” he looked at me like what he just said was okay.

“No Carl. I didn’t realize what you meant. Having talking houses isn’t something that is okay in the human world. I couldn’t know what you were implying just because you can talk to it,” I spoke.

He gasped as he pushed the chair back and stood up, “You better not call her that. She will be upset and who knows what she will do to you and all of us? She will throw a tantrum,” he spoke.

“Okay, I think you are overreacting, cat. What is the worst that can happen to me and you guys? She is my house and she can’t move,” I looked back at the mansion.

It looked old. But still beautiful to look at. What can it do to make me pay for referring to it as it? I looked back at Carl.
