FUTURE OF ZEN

A STRANGE ACQUAINTANCE

As Zen was getting into his concentrating state, he realised that it was getting difficult to do it.

He thought it might be due to all the excitement he had before or maybe because of the device.

But he had forgot that he hadn't leveled down on his gear and was having trouble because of the extense source of power surging through him.

He was struggling to concentrate on the device but somehow he was able to achieve that and got access to the device.

He said the command and the device just hot activated right away.

As he stopped and opened his eyes he was able to hear the mechanism voice or more precisely the voice of the AI.

As it said

' Greetings master, i am at your command you can ask me anything you like though i won't answer it you little bastard. '

Hearing that Zen got shock and with his shocked look he looked at Linda.

As she asked him what happened and he told her that the Venda just called him Bastard.

To which Linda said

' what are you talking, that can't be true.

You are joking right ? '

But Zen refused and said he was telling the truth.

As Linda started scrolling through the Manuel and she found out an important not to do things section.

After reading which she asked Zen with a anger look on her face

' Zen ?

Did you came to the basic level of the gear ? '

To which Zen replied by waving his head in refusal with a scared look on his face and said

' i didn't knew how to do it so '

To which Linda started yelling at him and said

' then why you didn't told me before.

You just used it on a gear level now Venda is like a normal person who have her own will because you passed your power of gear level through the orb crystal used in the device.

Which had caused a malfunction to Venda and she  will act opposite of what she is suppose to be. '

Hearing that Zen dropped on the sofa and said

' but i didn't knew about it and how could i would have known that anyway.

Also why the company make something like this and even sells it when it has a strange malfunction in it. '

To which Linda replied

' that is the reason only people with connections can get them and they are not publicly sold to anyone.

Though i guess it isn't a big deal you can work with her just make sure never make her angry '

Zen looked at Linda with a strange look and said

' work with her, working with her i guess we can do that.

Huh, that would be great to work with you miss Venda '

As he said this manner which made Linda felt strange so she asked her

' whats with the strange attitude change all of a sudden '

To which Zen said

' nothing, nothing.

I guess this gift is great and it doesn't matter what kind of attitude she has, she will help me with my life so its great.

Also tell me how to level down.'

As Linda ignored whatever he said before and said

' whatever, just visualise the same gear and pull it back but keep holding on to it.

Until you feel that your power has weakened or gone or calmed down. '

So he started concentrating but this time it was not going to be easy to concentrate at all.

As he had a problem added to his mind now which he didn't told linda about yet but would not be able to hold for long.

That was Venda, she kept yelling at him all this time during when he was talking to Linda.

She kept reading his thoughts and was totally making him embarrassed by making him feel nothing but garbage.

Even now she is not letting Zen concentrate but he didn't want to remove it as it would be a waste all the effort Linda put in to get this device for him.

Which he didn't wanted to do and make her feel bad for even doing it.

So he kept trying as hard as he could and ignoring Venda he was somehow able to level the gear down and come to the basic level.

Venda was still going on it and kept calling him by names and kept yelling at him for doing anything.

After opening his eyes he looked at Linda in a promising way and asked her

' I will do it and you will see it.

I will make you proud of me and not just me your own brother Zen.

So keep teaching me under your wing'

Saying that he made Linda emotional as she looked at him with eyes full of tears and gave a kiss on the forehead and said

' My little brother has grown into a young man and i am so proud of you'

Which made Zen feel so much good and embarrassed at the same time.

As he wanted to ask something from Linda but was feeling confused if he could ask or not.

But putting some courage he asked

' Linda ?

Can i remove this device for now?

I mean i will equip it in the morning, will that be fine ? '

To which Linda replied with a straight face

' didn't i told you before installing it '

' no you told me nothing, what is it what you didn't told me? '

Said Zen with scared and confused look.

Linda replied

' nothing much, its just that you can't remove this device now.

Not until it breaks atleast.

I mean if you want to remove it you have to break it.

Then get a new one. '

After hearing that Zen was utterly shocked to his bones and looked at Linda like a small puppy who wants food.

So Linda asked him what happened.

But he said

' oh, nothing its fine '

Linda asked him again

' if Venda is giving you difficulty then just say you don't have to go through it.

We can just break it and '

As he interrupted linda and said

' no, its fine really, she isn't saying anything.

I will be able to handle her somehow don't let it bother you so much.'

Linda said okay in a long ring and they both went to the bed saying good night to each other as it was getting late in the night.

Zen told Linda that it was fine but in real Venda was cusing him and kept getting on his nerve.

Which was getting very difficult for Zen to control keep ignoring anymore.

So he also started fighting with her but she was all ready herself to fight.

This fight went for long and Zen couldn't sleep a single wink.

He was so tired that he even didn't had the energy to fight or even think about anything anymore.

Same goes for Venda as she works on the nergy of its user and she also was tired now and around the morning Zen was able to get a sleep just for a little while though.

As Linda woke him up early in the morning for the exercise again but he wasn't ready to go

Linda told him to woke up many times but he wasn't getting up but linda also have many ways to woke someone.
