THE NEW LIFE

Linda spoke up to broke the awkward silence she created

' sorry i just got carried away'

' No, no its fine, i can't tell how you feel but know that loosing a parent is the biggest deal of our life and nothing can be compared to this feeling. '

Said by Zen.

Linda wiped her tears and they both went on eating.

As they finished their Eating, Zen took the liberty to clean the dishes as he asked Linda to take a bath and get fresh and clean.

Though linda told him that she can do the dishes but Zen insisted on doing so.

So Linda went ahead to take a bath and cried as she was taking her bath due to the old memories of her parents just flashed in front of her eyes.

But soaking in the hot water her tears dispersed in it and made her body and mind calm down.

As she came out and went toward the kitchen, Zen was not there so she went toward the living room as Zen was sitting their watching the television.

So she sat with him and she asked Zen that

' Zen, do you want to learn to control your powers ? '

Zen replied

' ofcourse, what kind of question is that.

I mean it would be better for both of us if i learn how to control them and that way i will be able to help the world in someway with my powers.

As you told me that i have higher level of power gear then the one you have ever seen.

So i might become stronger and will try to go for the tournament you told me about.

I am so excited, i wished my whole life for something like this and now i have the opportunity and i won't let it pass. '

Getting fully excited and having a cheerful look on his face he was looking at Linda.

As Linda stood up and turned her back toward him and said

' so be it, though my Zen didn't had a power gear so he didn't wanted any training but you on the other hand.

Posses the power gear in the same body but do have the same body which is not matured enough to be able to sustain so much power.

So from now on i will train you and make you fit enough to be able to attend the “Power academy” where you can further learn how to control and use your powers with more expertise.

Though saying that i am an expert myself but i might not be able to teach you properly and also i don't have enough time due being a doctor.

So you have to get ready for that mostly on your own but i will be their to guide you so don't hold back to ask anything. '

As she turned around toward Zen she pointed her finger toward him and said

' one more thing, if you think you will be able to do all what you just said.

I should warn you that this is not going to be piece of cake, just because you posses a high level power gear doesn't mean you have the power to fight on the same level with those demons.

Not yet atleast.

So don't fool around by wasting your time nor mine.

This world might be different from yours and might look very beautiful and interesting but its better for you to not poke your nose in every strange thing you see.

So during your training i want full concentration on just that, so if your are ready and will promise me that you will do as i say then only i will teach you.

So what you say? '

Zen hold out his hand and shock it with Linda to seal the promise.

He also said

' Miss Linda you are kind a cool.

Its great to have a reliable and charming older sister like you.

I am so happy to be your brother '

Which made Linda blush and she turned red.

As she was blushing she said

' I- IDIOT, Don't say stuff like that from my Zen's mouth its embarrassing and don't call me miss.

It feel like an old lady, i am still 24 year old.

Just call me Linda.'

Just after having this conversation, they both talked a lot about how Zen of this world use to be and how he was with Linda and her parents around as they were a big family.

Which did made linda a little emotional but She was happy to share her memories with Him.

As it was about evening, Linda went to make the preparations for dinner.

Zen asked if she wanted help but Linda told him to stay there and watch tv.

As he sat their and watched tv, Zen started browsing through the news channels to understand the situation around and was able to get some information about the world but nothing which would have been any help to him for now.

As after a while Linda called for him and they both had their dinner.

As Linda remembered Zen said something about him being Pushed by a man from the roof as he opened his eyes in this world so she asked him about that if he remembered it clearly.

As Zen told her that.

' its not clear in my mind but i remember it in fragments, as i was just standing on the roof of our college and someone just came behind me.

He told me his name was Zen but from a different future, i didn't understood anything.

Just as i realised i was on the ground and my throat was killing me, it was like someone choked it.

As the second thing i knew, i was falling down from the top of the building and the next i opened my eyes in your hospital as you witnessed everything afterwards.

I know it might sound crazy to hear but i think that what he meant by future was not my future, he meant it by his future where he came from.'

In which to Linda replied

' With that you mean that person who you met in your world was my Zen who was here up until the accident in this morning.'

As Zen replied in clarifying tone

' No, no, no, i don't mean your Zen, But the Zen in the future Who is your Zen but from future, anyway its just a hunch.

There is no way for us to know who he was and he might even be lying about his identity.

So don't let it bother you so much '

As they both moved on in the conversation and ate their dinner.

After eating Linda told Zen to go to bed as she was cleaning the dishes.

So Zen went toward his room to get sleep.
