Currently all three of us were sitting in our cabin on the super express train at the Loran city station, ready to go towards the capital city.

During these 2 days, my 'injuries' also completely healed up and I was in my top condition once again. Sylvia always wanted to speak about something in these two days but couldn't at the end, aunt Alice might have hinted something to her, but she still couldn't gather the courage to speak up about it.

- We will be departing soon, please be seated

The same beautiful voice from the last time entered my ears, and the doors automatically shut.

A couple of seconds after leaving the station, the train gradually picked up its speed with a sudden burst which made us pushed a little deeper into our seats.

Staring at the constantly changing scenery before me, I sank into deep thought.

Sylvia was sitting next to me, curiously looking around the cabin with an awestruck face similar to that of a child.

It was her first time, traveling in such a luxurious cabin, and the smile she had after coming here was really something that made me want to kiss her, but I controlled myself.

No matter what methods I had used, and no matter how selfish, unfair they had been, but my feelings for Sylvia were always true.

At first I came here because of our relationship from last life, to help her mother and to make Sylvia mine, to make her a chess piece I could use as I wish in future, but even at that time I didn't had any ill intention towards her.

But, the more time I spent with her, the more I got to love her, It felt like she was made to complement me. We both can find what we lack ourselves in each other, and the harmony I felt with her changed my feelings for her.

It was true that I was starting to fall in love, for this naive, stupid and kind hearted girl.

However, this also doesn't change the fact that I would not change any of my plans because of her, my feelings only made Sylvia to have a special place in my heart, and I would treat her to the best of my ability, but that doesn't mean that I would go out of my way and do something that would be detrimental to my plans.

There were other girls too, that I had to get in future.

" Noah! These things must be costly, right ? "

Slyvia spoke and made me come out of my thoughts, she was holding some chocolates and was curiously shifting her gaze between me and them.

I couldn't help but chuckle a bit at her antics,

" These are all free Sylvia, and even if they were costly, you can still eat them as much as you like. There's nothing more valuable to me than your happiness."

Looking straight into her eyes, opening a chocolate pack, I gently put it front of her lips.

Sylvia blushed, but she still slowly opened her mouth and ate the chocolate from my hand, I also didn't forget to seductively tease her lips with my thumb before pulling back my hand.

~eeeeh!!.

She quickly turned her red face away from me, towards the window and started stuffing chocolate in her mouth.

If anime were real, then I know that she would have smoke coming out of her head by now.

The rest of the Journey went by as Sylvia and I just chatted and enjoyed the moving scenery from the windows and aunt Alice took a quick nap.

- Next stop, Station 10 Capital city please

It didn't take much time before the train finally reached the station, and we could see the bustling crowd and people just scurrying from one place to another on the platform.

Lets go!

I took Sylvia's hand and helped aunt Alice too, as we all got off the train and after checking out of the station, took a taxi and went home.

Arriving at their destination and the place she and her mother would be living from now on, Sylvia stepped out of the taxi after Noah payed the money to the taxi driver.

Shifting her gaze towards their new home, Sylvia couldn't help but have her eyes wide open as what came in from of her was a large mansion that set beyond the sidewalk, towering over her, as if attempting to intimidate her.

The cream coating of the paint shined as the setting sun beat down on it, causing Sylvia to have to squint.

Uniquely twisted fencing kept the house enclosed, neatly trimmed hedges surrounded the house.

The roof was peaked, slanting down at an angle. The windows had royal purple curtains hanging on the other side of them, drawn so that the sunlight could stream through.

As she stepped onto the sidewalk, Sylvia noticed a marble fountain sitting towards the right side of the lawn. An angel holding a flower was perched on top, looking up towards the sky. Water spurted from its other hand, which lay gently out in front of it, as if waiting for someone to take it in return. The water fell gently towards the crystal blue pool beneath it, causing ripples to form and wave out until they were no more.

Bushes trimmed into all sorts of animals and people littered the parts of the lawn that was not taken up by the fountain.

The swimming pool lay just beyond the backyard, and water sparkled in the distance as Sylvia walked towards the extravagant house, down the little stone path towards the black door.

She didn't have to even lift her hands to open the door as her best friend, her saviour, the person she loved, came forward and opened the gate for them with the keys.

"Welcome to our sweet home, hope you both like it"

Noah stood there beside the gates and gave a gentleman's bow and guided them inside.

Watching him act in such a way made Sylvia's heart flutter, and she couldn't help but lower head to hide the blush that crept up on her face.

" Thank you dear, its a lovely house " Alice spoke for the two of them as she saw her daughter shying away, lost in her own thoughts.

" I am glad you like it "

After they all had entered, Noah closed the doors and Sylvia finally lifted her head and stole a glance around the place.

The black and white linoleum floor of the entrance glowed, obviously having been cleaned before they came. Stairs lay across the room, climbing toward the ceiling. A doorway was on either side of the room, one admitting you into the kitchen, the other into the living room. The walls were a dark blue with silver brush swipes crossing over it, creating a shimmer effect.

Pounding came from upstairs and seconds later, a middle-aged lady wearing a pink and white nurse suit, her hair pulled back into a tight bun, came down in front of them.

"Ah! hello, Mr. Noah, good to see you again, hope you journey was good."

" Likewise, Mrs.Geln, and my journey was good, Was everything alright in my absence ? "

" Yes, there were no problems" : she said, and opened a drawer to take out a file : " Here these are all the reports of the past few days, If there's nothing else i would take my leave now "

" Of course Mrs.Glen, you can come with other nurses tomorrow to settle the payment "

" Alright, Good night then Mr.Noah, and to both of you too Ma'am " She bowed one by one to us all

" Good night to you too " Sylvia and aunt Alice spoke and Noah nodded as the nurse took her leave.

" She was one of the nurses who was taking care of mother, in my absence " : Noah spoke to Slyvia and Alice after Mrs.Glen left, to which they both nodded their heads.

He was using the term 'mother' and not Alvin's mother, which was noticed by both Slyvia and Alice, and they once again felt how good natured Noah was, to take care of someone else's mother and call her your own mother.

It wasn't something anyone could do in this age and time, people are Selfish and even though they knew Noah was rich, but they also knew that taking care of someone requires proper attention, thoughts, and efforts.

The money he had also included his hard earned money he get after monster hunting, and to spent it without a second thought really requires a big heart.

Alice was once again relieved in her heart, she felt happy and thanked her luck that her daughter got such a nice man who also loved her very much.

" Come let me introduce you to my mother "

Speaking, he took Sylvia's hands and they slowly moved upstairs towards his mother's room.

After introducing Sylvia and aunt Alice to my mother who was still in coma, and showing them their rooms and other places in the house, we were again sitting together on the dinning table having our dinner that was now almost over.

Finishing my food and wiping my mouth with the napkin, I turned my face towards Sylvia who similarly also just finished her dinner and was now looking towards me.

" We would be having our entrance examination for the Academy in about a week or two "

" No No, I am not doubting you capabilities, but would i be able to get ready in these few days "

Aunt alice was just amusingly looking at our exchange and eating her food.

I thought after hearing her baseless boasting and an evil smile appeared on my face, causing Sylvia to flinch and have a very bad premonition.
