Chapter 29

Tina flung a deadly frown in her direction almost immediately.

"Just take a good look at him. Does he look like someone who would be able to afford that dress?" Tina said it with a tint of mockery in her voice.

Ever since she had come into the place, she had always been humiliated, so it was her right to have the dress.

"A failed trial is exactly what is going to prove that," Willow responded.

But even though her tone was strong, Christopher could already detect the strange flutter.

She would certainly not be able to hold on for a long time.

"I don't think we should give him that trial."

But Willow was still not buying her idea, nor was Tina ready to throw away such a nice bargain.

Their hearts raced faster than they had initially as they moved closer to each other slowly.
