Chapter 18

Kids haphazardly lounged around the room, frequently with kids they didn't have the foggiest idea. It ended up being hard to miss that nobody sat with us, since we were the main two at our table through the whole feast, at this point kids traveled every which way from different tables, apparently at irregular, an obviously searching for a spot to sit. However they generally kept away from us.

"Do I have cooties or something?" I asked Aliyah, despite the fact that I wouldn't fret not conversing with a lot of children I didn't have the foggiest idea.

"No, I do," she answered, and stopped. "I figure you do by being with me. Hello, I don't have them without help from anyone else any longer. Welcome to the club previously of one," she, snickered a bit.

Despite the fact that I didn't snicker with her, I constrained a little grin. "Indeed, on the off chance that it's a club, it's the club to be in," I said, leaning my milk container toward her like a toast.
