Rebecca felt her heart pounding in her chest as Randolph's words sank in. Fired? The word echoed in her mind, sending shockwaves through her body. She couldn't believe it. This had to be some kind of twisted nightmare that she would soon wake up from. But deep down, she knew the reality was far more bleak.

James, observing the tense exchange between Rebecca and Randolph, maintained a composed exterior. Inside, however, anger simmered. He understood that this was not just an isolated incident of poor management. It was about the well-being of Darwin Wettin, his young master. He spoke up, his voice steady but cold. "I understand that mistakes happen, but Mr. Wettin's welfare is now my utmost priority."

Randolph's eyes widened, realizing the gravity of the situation. "Mr. Wettin, please accept my deepest apologies. Allow me to rectify this immediately." He turned his gaze back to Rebecca, his tone cold and commanding. "You are banned from these premises. Security will escort you out."

Rebecca tried to protest, to find her voice, but the shock had rendered her speechless. Pathetic whimpers escaped her lips as the two large guards took hold of her arms and forcefully dragged her away, leaving her feeling utterly humiliated and disgraced.

Meanwhile, as Rebecca was being ushered out, Randolph turned his attention back to Darwin and James, gesturing for them to follow him. "Come, please let us discuss this matter in my office privately."

The three men stepped into the elevator, the atmosphere thick with tension. Randolph's face bore a somber expression, undoubtedly dreading the conversation that was about to unfold.

The elevator began its ascent, its movement accompanied by an eerie silence. Each man was lost in his own thoughts.

Randolph kept his gaze fixed straight ahead, a mix of regret and anxiety etched on his features. He knew that he had to find a way to make amends.

As the elevator doors slid open with a soft ding, revealing the opulent executive suite, Darwin took a deep breath to steady his nerves. The sight before him was very beautiful. The spacious room boasted floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a breathtaking view of the city skyline. The modern furnishings were tastefully complemented by antique artwork and decor, befitting the office of a tycoon.

Randolph motioned for them to enter his personal office, a space even more luxuriously appointed than the main area. The dark wood paneling and plush leather seating exuded an air of sophistication, reminiscent of a gentleman's club.

"Please, make yourselves comfortable," Randolph said, gesturing toward the chairs arranged in front of his imposing desk.

Once seated, Randolph spoke, his voice tinged with apprehension. "Mr. Carter, how can I remedy this unfortunate situation and regain your favor?"

James took a moment to gather his thoughts, his eyes narrowing with a mix of annoyance and disappointment. "Mr. Wettin has been wronged, both by the management and the staff here. His termination was unjust, and the treatment he received from that woman was completely unacceptable. If you genuinely want to satisfy me, I assume you know what to do.”

Randolph swallowed nervously, his anxiety palpable. "Of course, consider it done. Might I also take the liberty of terminating the person responsible for his dismissal?"

James glanced at Darwin, seeking his opinion. Darwin's expression was contemplative, but he gave a subtle nod of agreement. "Dismissing Mr. Morphy seems like a prudent start, though further changes may be necessary within the organization. For now, I would prefer him to remain here. Please, don't fire him."

A wave of relief washed over Randolph's face as he heard their decision. "As you wish," he replied, grateful for the opportunity to rectify his mistakes and salvage the situation.

After a moment, he spoke again in an apologetic tone. "My apologies once again, Mr. Darwin, Mr. Carter. I assure you we will take steps to ensure a positive workplace culture from now on."

Darwin glanced between Randolph and James, gathering his thoughts. "What's done is done. I'm here now to discuss moving forward."

Randolph nodded eagerly. "Of course, of course. Name your terms and it shall be done. A raise? Promotion? Whatever you desire."

Randolph fidgeted nervously as James sat back, observing him closely. Darwin glanced between the two men with apprehension.

"Mr. Randolph, we've come with an important proposal," James began. Randolph wiped his sweaty palms on his slacks.

"A proposal? Do tell," Randolph croaked. His throat felt tight with dread.

"As you know, Lady Margaret Wettin owns this company. I am her trusted butler," James explained. Randolph paled at the mention of the formidable woman.

"Unfortunately, we've witnessed unacceptable behavior from certain members of management." James's tone was polite but left no room for argument.

Randolph hung his head. "You're right to be displeased. I take full responsibility."

"Due to unacceptable behaviors in management, Lady Wettin has decided a change is needed," James continued. Randolph gripped the armrests until his knuckles turned white.

"Which is why Lady Wettin has appointed her son sir Darwin Wettin as the new CEO, effective immediately."

Randolph's eyes bulged.

This spoiled child knew nothing of his circumstances, yet insisted on mocking him for her own amusement. She tossed her hair dismissively. "Of course you don't, poor boy, pauper. However, she followed close behind, livestreaming to her audience with her usual smug grin. "You see, guys? No way this loser could actually afford a Rolls, let alone a Audi too! "Excuse me, miss," she interjected, addressing the livestreaming girl with a courteous tone. "I couldn't help but overhear some confusion on your part. May I offer some clarification?" The girl, momentarily halting her broadcast, eyed the saleswoman with a mix of curiosity and residual arrogance. The saleswoman, for her part, offered a smile that managed to be warm despite the tension. "You see," she began, her gaze sweeping towards the car in question, "this isn't just any ordinary 3 series. What we have here is the limited edition Audi 8 series," she said, her hand gracefully highlighting the car's midnight blue elegance. But, if he kept arguing, he would be no better than her He felt a mix of feelings inside: anger, shame, but also calmness and smarts He took a calm breath, reminding himself that dignified restraint often proves the most powerful response. A small smile touched his lips as an idea came to him. 'Let's see how you handle this arrogant girl!' he thought. "You're quite right to be skeptical, miss. One should never make expensive purchases on a whim," he said smoothly. "However, before rushing to judgment, perhaps we could have an honest discussion instead of wild speculation." Her smug look faltered slightly at his polite tone. Sensing weakness, he pressed on. "The salesman was simply doing her job by providing information. If money is your concern, you'll be relieved to know I can pay in full whenever I choose." Murmurs arose from the
