"Working for Jake?" Sanaya asked and the whole table went silent.

"Well, what I mean is that, Jake has …" Samara stammered begging Jake with her eyes to save her but Seff had his head so focused on his meal as if the food suddenly was a very interesting case of study.

"Michael is helping me in my work with Seff actually. I don't know why she's so sensitive about that." Jake said, eyeing Samara and saving her the stress of explanation.

Samara whispered a "Thank You' to Jake before she returned to her food.

But with the look on the face of Sanaya, she wasn't believing, she placed her spoon on the desk and whipped her lips with the table whipper, but is there something someone isn't telling me?
