Chapter 11

Lola's eyes widened from shock, "No, I don't want to get into trouble."

Archer shook his head at her, disappointed at her line of reasoning.

"Have you tried reporting him?" he asked just to be sure.

Lola shook her head as she stood, "You have no idea, do you?"

Archer shook his head, "tell me." he spoke softly.

Lola sighed, "It's not as easy as you think. People like me have no voice, it's always my word against his and who do you think the company will believe?" she asked.

The question floored Archer, he opened his mouth to talk but Lola was already walking away from him and into the private room.

Archer ran a hand through his hair as an angry growl escaped him.

He hated the manager even more.

He took a swig of his drink as he watched his colleagues chat each other up, unaware of what was happening to one of their own in that room.

Archer tried not to imagine the torture Lola was going through, if he had it his way, she wouldn't go near that room.
