Madison giggled as she took a drink from her glass, Lydia was in front of her smiling from ear to ear.

While Archer was in a meeting that he didn’t invite them for, Madison’ was busy glowing from happiness after successfully getting what she came for.

“So… you are good now?”

Madison shook her head, “not quite but we will be. He wants us to repair our friendship so we would start from there.”

Lydia squeezed her face in distaste, “what if he meant it. Like he doesn’t want to be more than friends anymore,”

“Then I must have gotten the wrong signal from him because the way he kissed me back didn’t look like friends. He was hungry for me and I know the only reason why he is holding back is because of the place we are right now,”

“I understand. I hope that’s not the case because I hate to see you guys break up.”

Madison grinned, “so I overheard him talking on the phone, sounds like there is a party he might be taking us too. He is going to take one good look at my dress and go crazy,”
