Back at the restaurant, As Sandra took her seat across from him, the soft hum of conversation around them faded into the background.

“You look absolutely stunning tonight, Sandra,” Ethan said, his voice low and sincere.

“Thank you, Ethan,” Sandra replied, a playful smile tugging at her lips. “You clean up pretty well yourself. I almost didn’t recognize you without a boardroom in the background.”

Ethan chuckled, shaking his head slightly. “I’ll take that as a compliment. It’s nice to get away from the office once in a while. Especially when the company is as enchanting as you.”
