Morning Charm
The sun flickered through Chris's window reminding him it was morning, he removed the duvet cover from his body, a mischievous grin plastered on his lips. "I didn't even blink an eye throughout the night." He groaned in frustration as he got up from his bed.

He found his mother's note on top of his desk, her last words playing in his head as he kept the letter back to where he always hid it.

Yawning, Chris walked to the washroom to get his mouth washed and decided to get some food before getting ready for the day. Immediately he walked out of his room, closed the door behind him, and turned around only to find Yue Wang coming out from her room, stretching her arms, yawning.

"Good morning, Miss Wang." Chris greeted me with a smile.

"Oh, Christopher, good morning.". She blinked repeatedly with her sleepy eyes.

Chris tilted his head. She looked pitiful like someone who was being restricted from sleeping. He walked up to meet her, leaving no distance between the both of them.
