Work Overtime

After a long day at work, Yue Wang managed to finish the article and handed it over to Chris for him to check it out. The latter took the article from her and thoroughly checked through it, every single paragraph and every slight detail. "This is too verbal."

"Huh?" She raised her brow, giving him a questioning look.

"What I mean is that you should make the tenses simpler. I think the first written article was much easier to read than this." Chris pointed out, explaining everything she needed to make amends for in the article she had rewritten.

"You prefer the one written by some unknown person than mine?" Yue Wang kissed her teeth, feigning annoyance to get on his nerves.

A hearty chuckle escaped Chris's lips. "That's not what I mean. Let's separate our personal lives from work, rewrite this article, and make it much easier for readers to read. Then bring the edited one over so I can send it to my secretary, it needs to reach the editor-in-chief before I can be made public." He said
