This is the motto of priests and hunters.

Even before entering the cathedral, these texts are written in character on the wall, followed by prayers.

Even if ordinary people saw these words as forms of prayers, they had hidden meanings.

All priests are not hunters, and not all hunters are not priests, hence the presence of these letters on the Vatican wall.
