Dante nodded in understanding, he wasn't listening, his thoughts were more on Rose, Mikel, Anna, and Richard. He knew that after deciding to enter the portal, they would never be able to meet again. But preventing the world from being destroyed by Nidhug is of course much more important. During this time he had never thought too much about his purpose in life.
