CHAPTER 77

The card drew his attention, he felt inquisitive to know what it was.

Cursing under his breath, he immediately bent down to pick up the fallen card.

The brief look at the card, the elegant font on the card revealed it to be the business card his lawyer had given him.

The memories of that time flooded back into his mind, the bitter arguments, the endless negotiations, and the overwhelming frustration.

He remembered his lawyer's words as he handed him the card, "Young master, if you ever change your mind, if you ever want to discuss anything further, there's a lot we still have to unravel, a lot of secrets left to be revealed."

At the time, he had brushed off those words, too consumed by his anger and determination to prove himself. But now, as he stared at the card, contempt filled his gaze.

Without a second thought, Gary tore the business card in half, then ripped it into smaller pieces. Anger surged through his veins, fueled by the bitter memories.
