Chapter 6

"Where were all these rich dudes when I was suffering in pain?"

"Jose Claude had wanted to marry me before that incident happened and he changed his mind right after I was burnt pretty badly."

"He was at the auction, why didn't he bid to marry me?!"

"And now that you all have seen that I have been healed, you are now all forcing me to marry Jose Claude!"

"I'm afraid that's not going to happen!"

Kim Morris' voice was laced with a mixture of determination and anger.

Marc, Luis, Eva and Carol Morris were all present but didn't say anything, they were just stunned at the way that Kim Morris's recovery had occurred.

"This is all just like a dream."

Eva Morris whispered to herself, she was the most shocked of everyone in the Morris's family Villa.

"Ok, that's it!"

"I have had enough of this stupidity!"

"Ok, Kim, I stand as your grandfather and the grand patriarch of this great family and I order you to nullify whatever marriage plans you have with that nobody called Danny Allen!"

"If you don't do that now, you cease to be a member of the Morris family!"

Lord Edward Morris's voice was laced with a mixture of authority as he stood up from his seat.

Everyone including Mr Kenneth and Mrs Tamara Morris gasped in shock.

They all knew that Lord Edward Morris, like the back of their palms.

Lord Edward Morris wasn't a man who dared to go back on his words.

"Kim, you know I mean every damn word I just said!"

"So what's it going to be Kim, are you going to divorce Danny Allen or lose your place as a Morris?!"

Lord Edward Morris yelled as he stomped his golden eagle head staff on the Mexican floorboard making it crack open immediately.

That action sent trepidation across the whole room, making everyone fidget in shock.

The situation was intense and palpable as Kim Morris stared at Lord Edward Morris who was now towering over her.

Her gaze moved now to her parents, Mr Kenneth and Mrs Tamara Morris who were already begging and giving signs to her to divorce Danny Allen right away.

Moving her gaze a bit to the left, her gaze fell on her cousins who were now making faces and sticking out their tongues at her.

Kim Morris immediately dropped her head down in disappointment.

"Kim, I have wanted to stay out of this but c'mon what is even wrong with you?!"

"Just divorce whoever that Danny Allen is and I promise to give you the world!"

"Okay, here you go!"

Jose Claude, being a proud and arrogant fellow because of his father's influence and power in the country, pulled out a check for twenty million dollars and handed it to Lord Edward Morris.

"I think that should sort out the inconveniences that the so-called Danny Allen had undergone to treat Kim!”

"And there is plenty of more of this to come if Kim Morris will decide now to divorce Danny Allen and marry me!"

Jose Claude's voice was laced with pompousness as he continued bragging about all that he could help Lord Edward Morris and the Morris family group achieve if Kim Morris married him.

Snapping his finger, Jose Claude immediately signaled to one of his security men to get him something from the car.

Moments later the security guard was back and handed a bottle of wine to Jose Claude.

"Lord Edward Morris, I guess I should start doing my in-law duties immediately."

Jose Claude immediately presented a luxury Hennessy Moët classic wine worth over seven million dollars to Lord Edward Morris.

Lord Edward Morris and Lady Barbara Morris were shocked, the whole of the Morris family went up in words.

"He hasn't even become our in-law yet and he is already giving us luxury branded wine and cash."

"Wow, If I were Kim, I would immediately divorce that poor brat and go for Jose Claude."

"And I think he is even more handsome than Danny Allen."

The voices of people from Morris's family were barely above whispers as they buzzed while staring at the whole thing.

Jose Claude immediately removed his blue suit, gave it to one of his security men and walked towards Kim Morris who was still holding the bags she had packed tightly.

"Kim, just divorce Danny Allen and marry me and I wouldn't just help your family secure a deal with Hector's global group, I will also get you and your family back pass access to the recent exclusive event of the Jasper's Group.”

"My family has a lot of connections, I can connect you to the top of the topest."

Jose Claude's voice was laced with pride and determination.

Jose Claude actually wasn't interested in anything serious with Kim Morris, he just wanted to sleep with her and add her to the list of ladies he had slept with.

Lady Barbara Morris couldn't contain her joy, as she yelled in a mixture of exhilaration and anger, "C'mon what are you waiting for Kim, just divorce Danny Allen already!"

"What more do you want from life that Jose Claude hasn't offered you here in just two minutes?!"

Lady Barbara Morris' voice was laced with anger and frustration.

"Tell me, Kim, can your so-called Danny Allen offer you a good life and access to the Hector Global Group and the Jasper's Group?!"

"Tell me, I'm asking you!"

Mrs Tamara Morris, Kim Morris's mom, immediately added, her face was etched with a mixture of confusion and disappointment.

"Mom, I will not divorce a man who helped me when you all rejected me!"

"I'd rather die today than divorce Danny Allen!"

Kim Morris' voice was laced with absolute determination as tears began welling down her eyes.

Kim Morris' words came as a shock to the whole of Morris's family.

Lord Edward Morris had his mouth hanging open in shock.

"Kim, what did you just say?" Mr Kenneth Morris, Kim Morris's dad managed to ask amidst the shocked crowd.

Just then Danny Allen walked into the Morris's family Villa and entered the Voyeur.
