Alex stared at the message that was dropped in front of his table for minutes and could not wrap his head around who could have done it. Everyone that he could suspect to do such a thing was under his watch.

He had the men in police custody. Stacy and Emily were being watched and about to be arrested. Davina and Rebecca were being watched like a hulk. So who could have possibly written the letter and dropped it there?
