Volume 9 - A devil's sadness (36) - After Story 2 - Protection

Life was a cycle, and eventually came a time at which humanity fell.

It went from a technology abundant civilization to a more rural humanity, the old way.

After a while recovering, it started rising again, and the business of Devils as well.

At some point in the process, Tanya stopped using her power.

She wanted a change of pace. While she did use it to keep her age the same, she avoided using it every day.

She did have to force her way through to get a place to live, but after that, she did not.

The first few generations ostracized her, which was fine with her, for they were scared. They would not approach her and to her, it was as peaceful as it could get.

This is quite short, understandably, but the after story 3 is way longer. I probably won't be able to write it entirely in a single day xD At the moment I'm writing this, I still have 5 days to write it and have it released the day after. Stockpiles are godly.
