An annoying screeching sound snapped me out of my unconsciousness.

I clenched my eyelids tightly, trying to stretch myself. The insistent noise was annoying, and I couldn't understand where it was coming from until the lethargy finally managed to leave—with difficulty—from my system. And finally I was able to recognize that it was my cell phone alarm.

I reached over to turn it off, still with my eyes closed. A groan of laziness reverberated in my chest, half annoyed when the voice of my conscience ordered me to get up to go to work.

I was too hot. Her hair was stuck to the back of her neck and, at first, I didn't understand why she felt so suffocated. After several minutes fighting my desire to continue sleeping—somewhat late—I was finally able to feel and be aware of the foreign weight that surrounded my waist.
