“And why do we need your permission to leave?” Fred asked with so much irritation in his voice.

“You three called yourselves experts in your various fields. Are you not aware that you are meant to sign a legal form before quitting?” Sebastien asked them.

“It is not always compulsory to sign the form” Sam immediately attacked Sebastien. He knew signing the form would be disastrous for their career.

“In this case, you do not have a say. You must sign it” Sebastien said, his voice heavy with so much authority.

Sebastien gestured at Isabelle to get the document they are supposed to sign. Isabelle stepped out of the room in obedience.

“And if we say we do not want to sign it? What are you going to do about that?” Ben said.

They knew the document that they were supposed to sign would hinder them from getting any form of work for the next three months and that is because they do not have any valid reason for quitting their previous job.
