After all Isabelle had to say Violet just responded with a small nod and an alright. Violet had a neutral expression the whole while Isabelle was explaining so Isabelle found it hard to decipher what was going on in her head or how she really felt about the whole thing.

Isabelle made her way back to her office and sat on her large and comfortable office chair. She sighed, because she had already tried her best but the response she got from Violet was not convincing enough.

She brought out her mobile phone and dialed Sebastien's number, and he picked up on the first ring. “Hi princess” he greeted cheerfully.

“Hi baby. I already spoke to Violet” Isabelle said, going straight to the point.

“Wonderful. And how did that go?” Sebastien asked, wanting to know the details of how the whole thing went.
