Margaret stared at Adeline, a hint of recognition taking over her face. She recognised her so well. And then decided to put on a fake smile, “hello… I didn't expect to find you here” Margaret said.

Adeline, who was uncomfortable with the whole thing, forced a smile on her face too, “Hi… same, I also did not expect to see you here”

Then Margaret went ahead to tell her how her wealthy son in law was planning on organising a birthday party for her at the biltwave event centre.

She even went ahead to say that Adeline would not understand the feeling of having a capable son in law because she did not have a wealthy son in law.

Margaret had said, “we have been searching for a perfect venue all this while and today we just stumbled on this. It is quite pricey, which is expected because only the elite can afford such a beautiful hall” Margaret decided to rub it in Adeline’s face.
