The day

Miles palace

           Without thinking twice about Ardell's evil plan, not minding like what would be his benefit in doing so, it can't be just to help Ava, Magnus goes to execute his plan. He enters Miles palace, as no one can stop him he is a reputed deity. He tells the guard that he is there to meet Miles, but he only came here to get help from his nephew working here.

           "Good morning sir, you here this early? Is everything alright?" Asks Warner, Magnus nephew. "Ofcourse my dear, everything is at it's finest. I am here to serve your's and mine lord Miles." Warner doesn't understand what he is trying to say or to why. "Don't get confused, actually I used to always serve him in every battle, so I thought it would be my greatest pleasure to serve him on his biggest day. He is walking towards the path of being king and today is his first day so I thought why not I take his breakfast and place his head ornament of special occasions on his divine head." Magnus reluctantly explains.

           "It is such a good idea. You wait here, I'll get God Miles breakfast and you go serve him on time." Warner happily gives him permission to do this work as he is now the second supervisor at Miles palace and Magnus took advantage of it.

           Magnus took the breakfast from Warner's hand and assure him that he will take it to God Miles at right time he should go around and continue his work as he might also be very busy for preparing everything for Miles for today's test. Just as Warner leaves the room Magnus takes out the drug he brought from the heavenly infirmary. He mixes it in Miles food and takes it to him on the right time given by Warner.

Miles chamber

          "May I come in my lord?" Magnus politely asks Miles with all the happiness he can show on his face. Miles is surprised to see him, "You here at this time that too with my breakfast. Come inside put it on that table. You have something to ask?" Miles receives him with gentle smile as he is always with everyone.

         "No sir, you rest assured it's nothing like that. Just as your servant used to serve you when you went to battlefield, today on your big day I am here to wish you all the best and to serve you." Magnus replies his hands trembling just as his words. "I am really happy to see you. Thanks for your wishes and service." Miles thanked him. 'I m sorry my lord. I didn't do it for any selfishnessof mine.i just want my daughterto be happy.' Magnus regrets it and apologizes to Miles in his own mind. "If don't mind can I place your tiara on your head too?" Magnus asked hesitantly. Miles denies his request and says "No Magnus, I don't think it would be possible because my servant who does this work daily should also get a chance of doing it today. But actually I am really happy for what you did. Now let's meet in the courtroom."

         Magnus bows his head and leaves Miles chamber. He wanted to wait there till Miles had eaten breakfast and report it to God Ardell but it didn't go according to their plan. 'Oh no what will I say when lord Ardell asks me if I saw him eat his breakfast? What do I do? I'll just tell him he ate that, like Ofcourse why wouldn't Miles eat it. It's easy Magnus don't get worked up for it.'

          The servants came to dress up Miles. After that when Miles was ready to step out one of them asked, "My lord, you haven't eaten your breakfast yet, is there any problem regarding it should I heat it up again?" "No don't worry, today I just don't feel like eating that's all." Miles couldn't eat his breakfast as he had many thoughts going on in his head also he was nervous about today. It is not the first time he skipped it so no one finds it unusual to even talk about it, so it doesn't even gets spread enough to let Ardell know about it.

         Miles walks out of his chamber and was about to fly to king's palace but he remembers that he forgot to wear the necklace his mother gave him. So he goes back inside and the servants brings him the necklace, they settle it around his neck and then Miles leave for the court room.

          The court had already begun. Everyone with Ardell thought that their plan was successful as Miles still was absent. Everyone started to be worried as there were no signs of Miles, the king was in stress. Ardell walks forward and bows to the king and says, "Your Majesty, I don't think Miles would be able to reach now. We should not waste court's time and begin with other issues that we have  to solve. The test date can be postpo.."

Before he could complete his sentence someone someone said in a louder voice, "There is no need for that. I am right here, in the court present infront all of you. Sorry to make you all worry but we can start the test now." The king smiles in satisfaction and order for the test to begin.

          Miles is standing in the middle of courtroom, confident about the test. Everyone is gathered around in the courtroom from the highest rank to the lowest rank deities. The servants are outside of the court watching it through water in well, which by the permission of God Jovi shows anything from anywhere.

          Servants bring a pot full of gold and diamond, huge dish containing the most delicious food in heaven, beautiful ladies, a lower rank deity, Ardell's youngest son, a sword and a letter, lastly lots of files of heaven's management. The king then speaks, "Miles you have a pot of gold and diamonds, do you take these and pots like these every thousand years so that you no longer have any responsibility but to enjoy your span in the heaven till I decide you can no longer exist?"

           "I apologize but your majesty, the purpose a soul come into existence is not just to enjoy till the day he no longer can. I am born to serve the universe and I will not accept this as my fate." Miles replied calm and composedly. The king then smiles and says, "Good, I am satisfied with your answer. Your second question is, or you might say a choice to satisfy yourself, all the dishes you see in this huge plate can be only eaten by you forever and no one in this heaven gets anything even nearly delicious to this, but if you choose not to half of the dishes from it can never be tasted by you. Make the choice wisely you are going to be future king, you need to have special meals no one can taste." Everyone is shocked by this question of the king what if Miles agrees to it? That huge plate contains nearly 200 dishes from spicy to sweet, everything. Miles may choose to have it all to himself.

          "I choose to not to eat half of the dishes from the presented ones. When in future I become king my people's hunger and satisfaction should come first to me, I myself is always second choice of mine. Just like for parent a child is, my people are to me." Miles replied with all the adoration he hold for his people in his eyes. His blue eyes shined like a sapphire. Everyone hearing this felt fortunate to have Miles as their upcoming king. When Magnus heard this, he thought of himself as a criminal of the greatest sin. He makes a decision in his mind as to never have any delicious food ever again and to never eat a bite of breakfast in order to punish himself for what he did.

           The king feels contented and then begin to speak, "Pretty good Miles, now you can see that there are tons of beautiful ladies in here, you can choose as many as you want, and treat them to your pleasure and satisfaction, just like a king does. Will you do the same to any lady of this heaven?" The king asked, which left everyone in anger. "Your majesty, women were created as a companion of men, not as a thing for their lust and pleasure. I do not see any lady present here as a piece of my enjoyment but as a future king my responsibility. The one who will be my wife will be the one to support me and to rule with me." Miles reply makes everyone admire him even more than before. Seeing this Ardell, Regina and their families feels jealous, they don't want people to love and support Miles. That will make their work even more harder. 'I hope to find just one inconvenient answer from your and will end you my dear nephew.' Ardell searches for an opportunity. The king on the other hand feels proud in his upbringing and the wise choice of words from Miles.

          The king says"I hope for you to find a wife who can compete against you in your smartness and to love you without any greed. Now, do you agree that I am at the greatest position in the universe, what I say becomes the rule?" "Yes your majesty, you are the one to command and I am the one to follow." Miles replied. "Then Heir in the line Miles, who have never faced defeat in any battle, the most handsome of all, I you king, order you to bow down infront of the deity who manages the library of heaven." All the deity present and the servants watching becomes too stunned to speak or give any opinion in this matter. How can a prince bow to a lowly deity? The higher ranks Gods would never do that, it's against their pride why would king put this in a test.

          Miles walks infront of that lowly deity and politely bows down and asks for his permission to get up. The lowly deity choosen was the oldest living among all the deities, still he moves forward his hand and makes Miles stand straight. He apologizes for being bowed to by Miles. Miles then replies, "Whatever the great God says it is bound to follow by his people as whatever the act he asks to perform always has a meaning and his people's well-being behind it. Even if not, the words of the king are on my head to follow."

          "Very well said. The day before yesterday my brother Ardell's youngest son Lucas passed his moral and warriors exam, he even was first in all. I planned to give my royal sword to you Miles but now after this achievement of his, I will give him my royal sword, all the ornaments given to Miles palace last month to him. Do you have any issues Miles?" The king makes a huge statement as to giving someone else what one was suppose to get and that too king's royal sword. "No, your majesty. It belongs to you. You are the one to decide, to take and to give."

Miles replies with a sweet tone as always.

          The king begins to speak, "I am satisfied to hear all the answers from you, I hope you can keep it like this till the end. There is a letter infront of you, read it." That letter contains all hate Miles received from the demon realm. "I give you the permission to finish all those who have said those things. Go Miles show them your strength." Everyone becomes scared not because they think demons would destroy them, as they can't with the strength that heaven has got but because of the destruction it will cause. Miles replies "Your Majesty, all the things said here are not true, I know it and my god knows it. I can't start a war just to prove so and cause destruction. When the time comes I will show them what this heir has got."

          "Good job Miles, I am really proud of you my son. Now it's time for your last test. You see all the papers infront of you, these are the papers regarding many data of all the realms read those in the time given and interpret every line of it. If you want we can delay this or you can choose not to and give it to someone else as i can understand you might be tired from all the work and you still got so much to do in court later." The king gives Miles option to choose. "Your Majesty, if you have given me work to do I can't delay it or give my responsibility to others." Saying this Miles sits on a chair and starts to read all the documents he finishes it in the given time and interprets it in front of the king.

          "You have passed all the questions asked to you Miles now lastly interpret all the questions I asked you today and why I asked you." Being this said by the king Miles start to interpret it as he says, "The first question was to test my greed, the second to test gluttony, lust in the third, pride for the fourth, the fifth envy, the sixth wrath and lastly the seventh sluggishness. These seven are the greatest evil ever in the universe, the ones possessing them lives in hell, on the earth they are enemy of humans, while we have defeated them and created peace in universe."

          There is no limit of king's happiness from his son's knowledge and understanding. He states, "Miles, you have passed your first test, as in your first step in order to be crowned as king has been taken by you perfectly. You do not have to sacrifice to eat any dishes my son. Enjoy them. The royal sword belongs to the heir only, I will give it to you when the right time comes. Your second test will be announced tomorrow."
