Chapter 54 : The defeat of Blazer Bark. (1) "Heaven splitting slash!" Gore shouted out as he slashed the blazer bark with the saber in the direction that it was coming from while at the same time. Just as Blazer Bark appeared in front of Gore, Gore was already cutting out his saber and releasing a red arc of penetrating Qi that swept towards him. This came as a surprise to Blazer Bark. Blazer Bark, who was engulfed by his own foundation element, which is flames, boldly proceeded by stabbing forth his spear despite the fact that Gore had fired a cut at him that would divide heaven in two. Blazer Bark's confidence was unshakeable. There was a deafening boom that could be heard when the spear came into contact with the wave of penetrating Qi. During the course of the struggle, the spear, which was enveloped in flames, pierced the penetrating wave of Qi and fractured it into an innumerable number of wisps of Qi that dispersed into the atmosphere.
