Chapter 29

That morning, the weather was cloudy. It had rained all night in the city. Zidane came out in his thick coat. He hurried into the car, the door of which had already been opened by the driver. The aide sat with the driver in the front. Zidane enjoyed a quiet ride to work with the morning newspaper.

"Ouch!" Zidane exclaimed in surprise.

"Gustav, what's wrong?" asked Zidane, surprised that the driver had stopped suddenly. There was a barrier between the driver and Zidane. Zidane didn't know what had caused his driver to stop.

"A woman..."

"It's okay, Zidane. Keep going Gustav!" exclaimed James, the assistant.

Gustav obeyed James and continued on his way.

"Shit! Watch out for you!" the woman cursed, staring angrily at the car as it drove away.

He dusted himself off from the mud and walked towards the edge. Anger and annoyance were evident in her eyes.

"What are you doing? How stupid!"

"You, here?" the woman asked.
