THINGS MIGHT NEVER HAPPEN

They soon reached the hospital, and Jack's stretcher was dragged out as they transferred him to a ward.

Jane followed them in and sat in the ward throughout until the doctor was done with his processes.

The doctor turned to her and asked her.

“ Excuse me, miss, are you related to him?” The doctor asked Jane.

“ No, sir, I only saw him on the train. I don't know him from anywhere” Jane replied.

“ Wow, anyways, he has no ID on him, and his mobile phone is even off, so we don't really have any information about him. I am sure he will be able to help us when he gains consciousness.

However, can you brief me on what really happened that made him pass out?” the doctor asked Jane.

Jane nodded and began her narration.

“ I was on the train when he joined.
