At The Public Hall
Bane sat on a bench in the central sector, with the collar of his trench coat raised to conceal his identity.

He cursed under his breath while waiting for Don Black to show up.

If not that Don Black was acting as if he suspected him so much, nothing would have ever taken him to the public hall.

That was the most public place in the city after the general market.

Taking a glance at his wristwatch for the umpteenth time in five minutes, Bane was about to reach for his phone and call Don Black, when he spotted Don Black from afar.

Don Black had not seen Bane yet, and Bane could see that Don Black and his guard were scanning the area, looking for Bane in the crowded central sector.

Because of this, Bane reached for his phone again and called Don Black.

''Where are you? I'm at the central sector,'' Don Black said as soon as he answered Bane's call.

''Walk directly in front of you. I am sitting on the bench at the extreme,'' Bane replied with a gentle tone.
