She Doesn't Hate You

"What is this?" Mr. Ban yelled and nearly tossed the heavy plate of food out of the waiter's hand.

She yelped and hurriedly put it back on the tray. Something told her that this dish was not Mr. Ban's favorite. The way that colleague of hers chuckled when she was passing by with the trolley, she suspected that something was fishy.

"Are you new here? What horrible lobster are you serving me, this lady?" Mr. Ban cried.

He was angry, and hungry too.

"I'm so sorry sir. Yes, I'm new here. When I asked what your usual meal was, my colleague told me it was exactly this one," she replied with a faint tone.

Mr. Ban heaved his chest a couple of times, trying to get rid of the anger that was brewing menacingly inside him.

She was just a waiter who had made a mistake, and nothing more. She could easily change the food.

"Change it!" Mr. Ban snapped.

"Return everything as it is apart from those cruel lobsters. I hate them," he added.
