Chapter 13 : Anger
Cecilia sat in the hall, sipping tea, when she noticed Emma entering with a grumpy expression on her face. She knew her daughter well enough to recognize that look, which only appeared when she was truly annoyed or angered by someone.

"My dear, what's with that look on your face?" Cecilia asked with concern, motioning for Emma to join her on the couch.

"I want that fake store to be permanently shut down," Emma said angrily, recalling how she had been humiliated and looked down upon with disdain.

Cecilia, unaware of the details, continued to inquire, "What happened, honey? Who dared to make you angry? Don't they know you're the Thompson princess?" She tried to coax Emma into sharing what had transpired.

"Don't worry, just tell me what's bothering you, okay?" Cecilia reassured her.
