She cried out in shock with what she heard .

She though this might be some kind of joke and so she started laughing .

But when she wa sent with the same sad look and she when no one said anything about a joke .

She suddenly realized they were serious .

she said looking at her brother who hasn’t even lifted his head to look at he since she came in.

“Mother , this might be a joke right?”

But instead of looking at her daughter she closed her eyes and avoided her gaze.
