CHAPTER 74

Rose Witch’s hands were like serrated knives with sharp edges like the thorns on rose branches.

Her attacks had an advantage in that they managed to better pierce through Gary’s defenses better than even a regular knife or sword could.

So she was able to dig her way through Gary’s aura defense and strike his body, causing him to bleed from his arms.

And she laughed maniacally as his blood sprayed into the air.

However, Gary’s expression didn’t change one bit. He was already feeling tremendous pain in the heart because he was in the middle of fusing it, so he felt numb to pain anywhere else in the body, and it proved to be a blessing disguise now.

He was able to bear the pain and counterattack Rose Witch.

However, his fists couldn’t reach her because she was flying so fast he only managed to hit her afterimages. This frustrated him, but he kept on attacking nonetheless as he was not in a position to drag this battle. He had to finish this as fast as possible.
