CHAPTER 152

Scar struck and lunged forward with a light speed, but Ryan who was trained in the art of self-defense sensed the impending danger with reflex. Honed during months of practice. He spun around in a blur of motion. He narrowly evaded the assassin’s attack.

He was caught off guard by Ryan’s swift response, Scar stumbled forward, his momentum carrying him off balance. Ryan seized the opportunity to unleash a precise strike and he aimed with calculated precision.

“You picked the wrong, dude,” Ryan uttered.

The strike made Scar grunt in pain. As Ryan’s fist landed with force. He was trying to pull out a gun from the back but Ryan was decisive and fast he kicked his hand upward before he could pull the trigger. The gunshot into the air and it fell from Scar’s hand clattering to the ground.

Scar lost balance and Ryan used the opportunity to unveil his face.

His face was now exposed by Ryan, “Who sent you.” Ryan asked firmly, while he held his shirt and his fist clenched towards his face.
