HIS RESURGENCE CHAPTER 94The only time he had experienced fear beyond his capacity to handle, to the point that he cried, was when his mother had left him in front of Mr whitlock’s mansion when he was seven years old. Benjamin was furious at his first son for using the company, his life’s work as part of his revenge scheme, but he wasn’t that desperate as to kidnap someone to get it back. He was the kind of man that fought with wits and strategies, not hasty, sloppy attacks. She knew then, that the only suspect would be her, Xavier would figure it out quickly, he was smart.She thought hard about what to do. The woods lit up with the flashes from the police vehicles that had surrounded the little shack.They had arrived just in time to hear a gun go off and a high pitched shriek from a woman whom they figured was the captive. They separated themselves into two teams, one stayed out in front, guns pointed and ready to fire if the abductor tried to escape and the other team pushed open the door and went inside in search of the criminal.There was blood on the floor.
