“Here master, your father said I should hand this to you. It’s a gift, a Vacheron Constantin wristwatch for the host.” Kelvin Wang informed.

Jack stared at the small bag that was handed to him, he took the bag from Kelvin without uttering a word. He drew a deep breath as he pushed the door open, and stepped onto the red carpet. Camera lights began flashing towards his direction.

He held his head high, adjusting his posture. His shoulders were back, chin slightly lifted confidently. He moved forward with Kelvin behind as they moved towards the massive double doors. Crystal chandeliers hung overhead, casting a soft, golden light over the room.

The floor was polished marble, and towering arrangements of fresh flowers lined the walls, filling the air with a subtle, intoxicating fragrance.
