Chapter 41

Jack slowly flutters his eyes open, his head pounding and his vision blurred. As he opened, he could feel an unyielding pressure around his wrists and ankles, which made his heart race with several thoughts. He was bound to a chair, a thick rope cutting through his skin with every movement he tried to make.

Where am I?” He muttered with a shaky voice, he tried to recall what had happened, the last thing that came to his mind was how he was walking fast when he was been called by Anna, he ignored her calls then a van stopped in front of him.

“This can be possible, I have been kidnapped. Who is behind this, what is their reason, what have I done?” he uttered inwardly.

He glanced around the room but couldn’t find anything; aside from the thick smell that filled the air, he struggled against the restraints, but the more he tried, the tighter the ropes seemed to get.
