CHAPTER 19

As time flew it was already weekend. Julian on a usual note would have had some moments off work but it was a weekend he had been desperately looking forward to.

Julian had already sent special notice to the staff of Crystalline Grills Bar and Restaurant on an auspicious visit of the CEO during the weekend. As expected Lord Marshall Roland ensured no staff had set eyes on him yet, not even the supervisor; Mr Kevin.

Julian, being swift in thought, intentionally didn't disclose the fact that a new head was emerging in the position of a General Manager for Kevin not suspecting any incoming development.

He had already envisioned how his unveiling would be in the next couple of hours. The fact that he once worked and lived in such a neighborhood unleashed some level of tinge emotions that he couldn't decipher. Was it the humiliation and pain he passed through? Or simply an act of nostalgia?
